Unlike the plain texts, I thought Icons are very easy to understand - They show what is going on with a glance. Also, the Green Map's perspective is very interesting and motivated me to take a little walk around my neighborhood.

I thought this is really interesting. When I saw this exhibition, it reminded me of the timeS when I go hiking - I always mark the spots on a map that fascinate me. Unlike the mountain regions where I go hiking, this Green Map/ is based on the urban area so it is possible to observe each local community's history and heritage. Also, it is very interesting to see the map from the kid's perspective.

I realized that there are so many spots that I usually do not notice, ALthough they are in my neighborhood. I thought this project did great job to let the people become aware of important spots that usually go unnoticed.

*Mother and the son (10-15 years old.) In the Green Map Kids exhibition room.
Kid: It was very interesting to find out what Green Map and Icons are.
--"Do you want to try it?"
Kid: Yes!
To the mother: --"How did you feel about this exhibition? - from a mother's perspective?"
Mother: It is very easy to understand and I thought it is great that the map can be made / many ways, so the map making and fieldwork can be customized for each kid's interest.

*Mother of a family. After browsing the whole exhibition.
I never realized that Tokyo had SO many faces. It would be great if there is a project like this as part of a student's schoolwork because through the project, I think it gives an opportunity to refresh our view of the neighborhood, and find new faces of the town. It is a great idea for summer workshopS for elementary school students.

*A couple (20-29 years old.) In the interactive section.
Male: I was surprised to find out that a project like this exists.
--"Do you have any spots that can be added to the map?"
Male: "I don't know much about Yamanote Line neighborhood. If the project is not limited to the Yamanote Line, and expanded to my neighborhood, it will be great!"
